We are looking for an experienced Area Schemes Supervisor to join our design team based in our London Office. With responsibility to provide buildability consideration in to scheme development at design and planning stage through an integrated approach you will play an integral role in the delivery of an annual major programme of highways works, across the 10 boroughs of Transport for London’s Central Area. This is an exciting contract working in partnership with Transport for London on one of the most prestigious road networks in the U.K. To be considered for one of these opportunities you will need the following:
- Ability to plan, manage, and supervise construction works activities on an NEC type contract.
- A sound knowledge of CDM requirements and the ability to manage Health and Safety and environmental issues.
- Effectively manage Schemes Supervisors and supply chain partners as well as the ability of working with client representatives and other stakeholders in a competent manner.
- Knowledge of works specifications and custom and practice within the industry.
- Effective control of cost and value reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Salary scale: £37,000 - £42,000
