Equality and Diversity

Ringway Jacobs provide service delivery with integrity and respect for our people, clients and the communities in which we work. We are fully committed to proactively promoting, encouraging and supporting diversity within our organisation and in our relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.

We support excellent careers for our people, understanding and respecting our Client’s needs, whilst at the same time contributing positively in the communities in which we live and work. Ringway Jacobs are committed to developing a positive, motivated and professional workforce that both reflects and meets the needs of the communities in which we work.

Two Ticks

Ringway Jacobs have been authorised to use the JobCentre Plus’ “two ticks” Disability Symbol. The symbol is a recognition given by the Jobcentre Plus to employers agreeing to meet five commitments regarding the recruitment, employment, retention and career development of disabled people.

The two ticks symbol will be used on all recruitment adverts, business stationery, in-house reports, notices and other relevant items. Displaying the symbol in this manner will make it clear to disabled people that we at Ringway Jacobs welcome applications from them and are positive about their abilities, and to our existing employees being a symbol user demonstrates that we value the contribution of our employees and will treat them fairly should they become disabled.
