Ringway Jacobs is a fully incorporated company formed by Ringway Infrastructure Services Ltd and Jacobs UK Ltd. It has been specifically set up as a strategic partnership with 50:50 equal shareholding between the two companies.
Ringway Jacobs is:
- jointly owned and fully supported by Ringway and Jacobs UK as 50:50 shareholders with combined resources of 9,000 people within the UK
- a stand alone company with its own Integrated Management Systems and procedures
- governed by a single of core value within a single working culture which includes relationship based, health and safety, customer focused, quality and performance values
- supported globally by shareholding companies of Vinci Group and Jacobs employing a total of 200,000 people.
Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is a fully integrated system which has been designed ‘from the ground up’ to be fully electronic, both in access and document control. This pulls together the individual ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 standards to form the new PAS 99 standard for fully integrated IMS systems. The system is hosted on the Ringway Jacobs Intranet for instant access to documents and e-forms.
