Mark Averill – Service Leader
Mark is responsible for overseeing the delivery all of the services in Cheshire East, in a fully integrated alliance that is co-located in a number of offices and depots throughout the depot.
Pryce Evans – Programme and Commercial Manager
Pryce is responsible for the delivery of the capital and improvement programme and management of supply chain.
Gary Malin – Network Intelligence and Business Support Manager
Gary is responsible for ensuring the effective use of Cheshire East Highway Network. This is through intelligence led monitoring and control. Gary is also responsible for managing the business support team
Chris Shields – Localities and Maintenance Manager
Chris is responsible for delivering against the councils localism agenda and the overall delivery of routine and cyclical maintenance schemes.
Mark Oldfield – Communications Manager
Mark works across the organisation but is responsible for both internal and external communications opportunities for Ringway Jacobs and their clients
