Contracts:

Senior Management Team

  • Mark Rowe, Contract Director

    Mark is responsible for delivering all of the services in the Alliance, which includes both Buckinghamshire County Council staff and Ringway Jacobs staff in a fully integrated alliance that is co-located in a number of offices and depots throughout the county.

  • Tim Bellamy, Transport and Regeneration Manager

    Tim runs the team that manage policy and sustainable travel as well as looking after the group that manages streetworks, parking and congestion management.

  • Martin Healey, Design, Construction and Business Manager

    Martin is responsible for the management of the contract monitoring performance and finance.  In addition Martin is responsible for the design and construction side of the business.

  • Mark Averill, Network Operations Manager

    Mark is responsible the operations side of the contract, including routine, cyclical and strategic maintenance, street lighting and the winter service. 

  • Mark Oldfield, Communications Manager

    Mark works across the organisation but is responsible for both internal and external communications opportunities for Ringway Jacobs and the client.

  • Jayne Yates, HR Manager

    Jayne works across the organisation and is responsible for all HR issues in relation to the Alliance.
