Ringway Jacobs are pleased to announce confirmation that they have been authorised to use the JobCentre Plus ‘two ticks’ Disability Symbol.
The symbol is a recognition given by Jobcentre Plus to employers agreeing to meet five commitments regarding the recruitment, employment, retention and career development of disabled people.
The ‘two ticks’ symbol will now be used on all recruitment adverts, business stationery, in-house reports, notices and other relevant items. Displaying the symbol in this manner will make it clear to disabled people that Ringway Jacobs welcome applications from them and are positive about their abilities. For existing employees being a symbol user demonstrates that we value the contribution from you as our employees and will treat you fairly should you become disabled.
