Apprentice Days

Ringway Jacobs is proud of its record of developing new talent through its apprentice scheme and recently held Apprentice Days in its Cheshire East and Essex contracts. The events provided the opportunity for apprentices to network and receive business updates about their contract, health and safety and commercial aspects of Ringway Jacobs. They also heard from Clients, who offered a unique insight into highways service provision from the client point of view.

The event allowed the apprentices to reflect on their achievements since joining the company and to offer feedback on how the apprentice scheme could be improved. Training advisor CITB also attended to answer any development-related questions.
