Cheshire East Highways - ‘On the road’

During the first half of November 2014, Cheshire East Highways were out promoting the highways service to the public and residents of Cheshire East at three ‘Road Show’ events. Using a specially branded trailer and winter service support vehicles, staff and apprentices manned the trailer as it was taken to the town centres of Congleton, Macclesfield and Crewe.

The team were able to explain and demonstrated recent achievements to the public and received positive feedback on the works delivered. It was also useful for staff to hear and learn about our customer views and what they want from the highways team.
