Leading Through Change conference brings colleagues together

Colleagues from across Ringway Jacobs came together recently for our Leading Through Change conference, held at One Great George Street in Westminster. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on recent achievements while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities facing our business.

The conference welcomed leaders from Ringway Jacobs and our shareholders, VINCI and Jacobs, who shared perspectives on the current business environment and explored how we can continue to succeed in a period of significant and ongoing change.

Discussions throughout the day focused on the importance of remaining true to our core values as the world around us evolves. Key themes included the strength of our foundations, built on a shared commitment to service excellence; an understanding that change is inevitable and that no organisation has all the answers; the central role of teamwork, respect, fairness and inclusivity; and the importance of strong, authentic leadership.
