Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is all about ‘community’ and the importance of positive social connections and supportive networks for mental wellbeing.  

It recognises that we all thrive when we are a part of communities that offer support and a sense of belonging. 

It’s important to Ringway Jacobs that our staff, their families as well as our supply chain partners feel part of the Ringway Jacobs ‘community’ and can seek the help and support they need when they feel it’s necessary. 

We know it’s not always easy to talk or reach out for help, but our volunteer Wellbeing Champions within the business have received help and training and the support of a ‘Start the Conversation’ toolkit which has been developed in conjunction with the charity Mates in Mind to help them as they support others in their role. 

During Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re inviting our staff to get to know them, find out what motivates them to take on this role, sharing some of their own personal experiences and how they can help others. 

We are very grateful for their support and the important role they play in our business.
