Ringway Jacobs opens its third London Office

With effect from Monday 11th August 2014 Ringway Jacobs moved into a new office at Picketts Lock.

Located on Picketts Lock Lane, Edmonton, the site will be the main centre of operations for LoHAC borough works. The site covers an impressive 110,000 square feet and provides offices, welfare, storage and recycling facilities. The site becomes Ringway Jacobs’ third London office alongside Harling House and Bow Common Lane.

The Picketts Lock depot will support local maintenance, street lighting, traffic management and contract administration teams. This will also be the main base for Ringway Jacobs’ Borough Contract Manager Matt Kelley.

Mark Averill, Contract Director, Ringway Jacobs said: ‘I am pleased to announce the opening of our new office in the north east area. We now have three London offices in the north, south and east of London, which reflects the rapid growth within Ringway Jacobs. Now we have a wider London presence, it is hoped that more boroughs within the north east area join up to LoHAC and receive the benefits of a unified approach to highways maintenance.’

“to provide a valued street environment for people who live, work and visit London”
