Here’s what our finalists have to say about being shortlisted:
Emma: “Standing at the Finalist stage of the Women in Construction Awards fills my heart with an overwhelming sense of pride. This incredible achievement is a testament to my unwavering dedication, fierce passion, and relentless commitment to making a profound difference in this industry.”
Beth: “Reaching the Finalist stage of the Women in Construction Awards is a moment of immense pride for me. It reflects my dedication, passion, and commitment to making a meaningful impact in the industry.”
Helene: “I am delighted and honoured to make it through to the judging round of the Women in Construction and Engineering awards. It’s an incredible feeling to be recognised and nominated by a peer within Ringway Jacobs who I see as a role model. I will admit I am daunted by the rest of the process to come, but this will provide me with an incredible opportunity for self-growth in terms of facing my fear of public speaking when I meet the judges. Bring it on!”
Sarah: “So excited to be shortlisted for the WICE Awards 2025 in the Electrical & Mechanical Engineer category! This journey has taught me so much about believing in myself and the power of being your own cheerleader. Huge thanks to Ringway Jacobs for their constant support, which empowers me to make a positive impact on the industry and inspire more women to pursue careers in Highways.”
We look forward to celebrating their achievements and wish them the best of luck in May!
